I am renting a four bedroom 2 bathroom house, 2 car garage with a family room. The master bedgroom is huge with a sitting area. There is another very large bedroom. The two others are about 12 x 12. There are 2 heating zones. Pets ok on a case by case basis. Gas heat, washer and dryer included. The house is about 30 yrs old, but has been upgraded. The rent includes lawn maintenance and garbage collection. Credit check and references are required. This is my personal home that I have lived in for 18yrs and I want a suitable renter who will take care of the house. The house will be available October 15th.
