This house is in the middle of everything--- RTD Bus Route Pick Up .03 Miles, Westminster Mall 1.5 Miles, Flatiron Mall 6.3 Miles, CU Boulder Campus 11.63 Miles, CU Denver Campus 12.74 Miles, Broomfield Events Center 4.68 Miles, Starbucks and Peaberry Coffee, 3.2/3.4 Miles Respectively, Lamar's Donuts 3.2 Miles, Super Target Shopping Center 4.6 Miles, Westminster Promenade ((AMC Theaters, Hibachi Grill, Subway, Marble-slab Creamery, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Ice Skating Center, Jackson's Hole- Bar/Grill)) 3.1 Miles, Westminster Recreation Center and Sporting Fields (Soccer, Baseball/SoftBall, Tennis, Skate Park, Frisbee Golf) 4.5 Miles. This is a furnished rental, and allows for shared storage space in the garage, as well as room to park, and also has a private back patio for storage. The house has a covered front lounge, as well as a open patio in the back yard, and comes with brand new patio furniture on both inside and outdoor patios. There is a spacious back yard, which also has a custom-made swing set. The house has a large living room, dining room, and family room. There is a private laundry room, featuring the door to the back storage patio. One bathroom and the kitchen are located on the main floor. The kitchen has new appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven, dish washer, new sink and faucet, and microwave, and also has a toaster oven. The three bedrooms are upstairs, as well as another bathroom. The master bedroom features two large windows, both have great views on the Rocky Mountains. There is also a large walk-in closet. The other bedrooms feature one walk in closet, and one reach in closet. The bedrooms are allowed to be painted with land lord discretion and approval. We welcome pets. The deposit increases slightly for pets to $20-100 based upon the type (fish are free!). Two male adult cats (neutered and vaccinated) come with the house. There is little work involved- feed and water every day and manage litter box. $50 will be taken off of the rent every month to cover their expenses. Renters get to pocket any leftovers. If this is a problem, but you are interested in the house other wise, let me know, and I will be happy to make other arrangements. As far as the house deposit, I am willing to work out a payment plan of splitting the deposit into chunks combined with the rent. There was recently a fire along the back and side fence, though it is being replaced and cleaned up by the back neighbors. There was no damage to the house or back storage unit. The replacement work will be finished no later than August 12 (said the insurance agent). Full Discretion is my policy.
