The Reserve Lofts is the former Federal Reserve Bank building located in Downtown Los Angeles and was recently converted into 79 luxury lofts. Our prices range from $1695 up to $6000 per month, depending on the size and location of the unit. There are many floor plans to choose from to fit your needs and comfort. The square footages range from 680 to over 2500. Currently availability starts at $1895. The larger units would be our Penthouses, located on the top 2 floors and are only accessible to those that reside in them. They are actual 2 story, town house-style and have the most amazing, breathtaking Downtown Skyline and City views. All units come with assigned, gated parking. The 17ft ceiling, beautiful polished concrete flooring and very large industrial-style sized windows make for a beautiful interior glow and warmth. Because we are a Historic Landmark, we were required to restore everything from window hardware to hand painted ceilings. There are also many fixtures throughout the building and in some of the units that remain and are original, placed there in 1929. These are just a few of the things that make The Reserve Lofts special and a unique place to use as your living space, working space, or both! We love our animals and are extremely pet friendly. Size is not a problem. Another unique feature is our Outdoor, 3rd Floor ROOFTOP Garden, BBQ and Spa area. It s a really lovely place to just sit and relax, read the paper, a book or take advantage of the wi-fi on your laptop. Our residents love to get together out there so every so often we will throw a BBQ or have an evening catered affair along with beer, wine, and other beverages to show our appreciation for being here with us.
