I am currently renting a 4 bedroom house on a brand new lease and am looking for someone to split the residence for the remaining 10 months. Would like to find someone by August 1st, however the offer will be open until rooms are rented. One-month's rent deposit required (can be made in 2 payments) Rent of $550 per month includes 2 bedrooms (unfurnished) and 1 full bathroom. House amenities include:large fridge, built in microwave, flat top range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a/c, fireplace, large back yard, and fenced-in area on side of house that is planned to be turned into a vegetable/herb garden. Rent does not include utilities, which would be split 50/50 between myself and whoever rents. Utilities include gas, electric, water, and trash and sewer. The house is equipped for both Cox and Quest services. Plenty of room for non-bedroom furniture in living spaces. There are no other roommates, only myself and my cats. I am a full time college student, and I also work part time as a landscaper. I also am involved in martial arts through the ATA. I am 28 years old and looking for a roommate that is reliable, honest, and fun-loving. I do like to have parties occasionally, and would like a roommate that can have a good time with that. I am looking for a roommate that is in school as well as working, with proof of stable work history. Credit check is not required. Non-cigerette smoker/tobacco user absolutely necessary. Must be pet friendly as I have two cats. Must be clean and respectful of house and fellow roommate. Also must be LGBTQ and 420 friendly. Would like to have interview with any and all interested to determine capatability.
